As the capital and largest city in Germany, Berlin is not to be missed. Offering a most unique history, with the recent reunification in 1990; no other city in your travels offers such a politically volatile past. Politics aside, this city offers it all, from museums, cathedrals, festivals, and concerts. Undoubtedly the most famous Berlin museum, The Guggenheim, is home to more than 50,000 works of art. According to the motto “Art at Work,” the focus of The Guggenheim is on contemporary art, specifically work on paper. While Berlin boasts that it is the cultural hub of Germany, explore its past and experience its present as the city has plenty to offer its visitors.
