The program fee for 2008 has been set at $7900.00.* The program fee covers such expenses as housing, city to city transportation, many but not all meals, museum and concert entrance fees and health insurance. Airfare and tuition are not included in the program fee as well as some expenses for food and city travel.

Airfare: Participants are not required to fly with the group. If however they choose to do so, group airfare for 2008 is estimated at $1,100.00 to $1,300. This is a ticket from Atlanta to the first city on your itinerary and from London back to Atlanta

Tuition: In-state students pay regular tuition. Out-of-state students pay in-state tuition plus a $250.00 matriculation fee. The HOPE scholarship can be applied to this expense. All students are required to pay the Institute's regular technology fee.

Payments: All payments should be made directly to the Bursar's Office. Students can pay via OSCAR, similar to a normal, on-campus semester or payments can be taken to the Bursar's Office.

Other Expenses: Participants often have questions about budgeting for personal expenses. This varies greatly from student to student. However, we have created a spreadsheet containing a basic budget.

Cancellation Policy: Students who choose not to participate in the program after submitting an application will be subject to the following fee schedule.
Students canceling after the application deadline must pay 25% of the program fee
Students canceling after March 15th must pay 50% of the program fee
Students canceling after April 15th must pay 100% of the program fee
