Course Offerings

The 2008 Oxford program will follow the same form as in previous years. Students will take two courses while traveling on the European content and another two during their six week stay at Oxford. Upon acceptance, students will be assigned to one of three groups; we will attempt to make assignments based on group preferences but can make no guarantees that everyone will be placed in the group of their first preference. Please note the following when registering for courses:

  • All participants must register for exactly 12 credit hours, no more, no less.
  • Drops and withdraws are not permitted.
  • Classes are offered on a letter grade basis only.
  • Oxford courses end August 2, 2008. Students may not leave the program prior to this date. (There will be no exceptions.)
  • Final exams must be taken as scheduled.
  • Class Attendance Policy for the Oxford Program: If there are two (2) or more unexcused absences, the course grade will be dropped by one letter grade. This policy may be amended by the individual instructor. It is the student's responsibility to know the attendance policy for each class.
  • Questions about academic requirements should be addressed to Dr. Carole Moore.

All participants will take the following two courses while traveling in Europe.
